Our team consists of father, mother, daughter and son.
Meet Dad - Ricardo Sr. “Rick” is the owner and founder of Del Sol Flooring LLC and Modern Concepts with about 30 years of experience in the industry.
Meet Mom - Vanessa is our Head Supervisor and runs Del Sol Flooring. She’s been a right hand to Del Sol Flooring since it was launched in 2006.
Meet Son - Ricardo “RJ” is our Field Supervisor and main sales person.
Meet Daughter - Clara is our Designer and Office Assistant.
